"Satisfaction Guarantee". In the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to manufacturing you must contact us immediately by phone or email. You must provide us with your customer order number which is listed at the top of your receipt. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive the authorization number promptly repackage your items and send them back to us within 15 days of purchase. When we receive your returned items we will than inspect them and then reinburse payment.
Candles By Victoria does not pay ANY shipping and handling on returned items. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We do not refund monies if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular scent please order a sample size first before purchasing a large quantity of a certain scent.

When ordering by Credit Card please hit the buy now button below each item when you are ready to place your order or if you prefer to pay by check or money there is a option in our shopping cart for payment that way as well. (Orders will be shippped once checks have cleared. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks). After you place your order you will recieve a confirmation letter in your e-mail. All orders will be processed within 2 days after payment is received. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks. We check our e-mail daily for new orders. **After you receive confirmation of your order and "you have not received your package" in 1-2 weeks, please e-mail us with your name, order number, mailing address and the date you placed your order.
