Night Blooming Jasmine

This scent is STRONG but in a good way. I typically don't go for floral but this one intrigues me with its powerful scent and good for spring evenings

Tokyo Spring

Added on 04/18/2017
I was looking for a nice spring scent and got this one and very glad I did. It's refreshing and floral at the same time and not at all overpowering. I mean spring is all about a perfect harmony between florals and fresh air adn this scent lives up to that

Crackling Birch

Added on 04/17/2017
I bought cube melts in this scent to find out why it is listed under Fall. None of the notes are fall fragrances, at least, not in the Mid-Atlantic states. I had not intended to melt it until after summer, but today was so chilly and drizzly and miserable, I melted it today, thinking that a scent with a deep wood base note would work for me. It did. When I put some cubes into my melter, the cold throw was so intense that instead of putting in just an ounce for my first use, I put in an ounce and a half to see how strong that scent would get. Crackling Birch not only has a strong scent throw, but also the scent itself is very strong, with the geranium, lemon and patchouli notes smelling exactly like the essential oils of those plants on warm throw. I can easily understand how someone could liken this scent to men's cologne.

Wow!!! Pagoda Tree is an absolutely beautiful scent. It manages to be clean, bright, refreshing, and sexy all at the same time! I want this scent in every possible form, all throughout my house!

Emerald Sea

Added on 04/17/2017
On cold throw, this smells like ripe papaya and tangerine with a distinct salty ozone top note. I put a little over an ounce of cube melts in my warmer and got a throw of at least fifteen feet during the first minute they were fully melted (Victoria's melts typically throw further than that after the first minute, and this one was no exception). On warm throw, the fruity and salty notes were still there, but the "subtle green and floral notes" joined them. This scent is so expertly blended that it took me a while to figure out what the "subtle green and floral notes" were, but I think the chiefest among them is ylang ylang. If you tried ocean scents but found them to smell too floral or soapy for you, you might find Emerald Sea to be delightfully different.

Cinnabon

Added on 04/15/2017
WARNING: Do not use Cinnabon home fragrance without first making sure that you have cinnamon buns ready for the people who will smell it. THEY WILL WANT THEM. Please do not torture your loved ones by making them smell this if you do not have cinnamon buns handy, and if they all take off to the mall to get them, who can you blame but yourself?

Sunburst

Added on 04/14/2017
Another reviewer said,"I actually thought there was a hint of pineapple in this. . ." There is, and it goes deliciously with all the other amazingly realistic fruit notes. I did not find this to be "perfumey" at all. It would probably be a crowd-pleaser, too, because it is not too strong, not too sweet, and the citrus notes are not too tart. I got this in cube melts and the scent throw was a good fifteen feet when they first melted completely, then it went further. Somehow, with my melter on one end of my main floor, I could smell Sunburst when I stood in the middle of my basement! My cube melts are not orange, they are a nice buttercup yellow, and while I am an old-school seasonal melter and love this for summer, I can certainly see this as a good scent for people who get the winter blues to melt in the colder months.

Cube Melts - Large

Added on 04/11/2017
These cubes are pretty uniform in size, so they are just right for mixologists. The shelf life of these amazed me; I stored my wax stash in a closet that stays slightly above room temperature all year and gets humid sometimes, but in those less-than-ideal conditions, my cube melts kept their strong scent and were almost dripping with oil for over a year (the only precaution I took was keeping the containers tightly closed between uses). Currently, cube melts still cost less than a dollar per ounce, so for years I have been sitting out the scent shot sales and buying Victoria's wax by the pound! You might ask, "Well, what happens if you order cube melts of a scent without trying a scent shot first, and it smells different than what you expected?" What happens is,I either use them for a blender or give them away to someone who happily becomes a CBVer.

CBV Liquid Tarts ™

Added on 03/25/2017
CBV Liquid Tarts are easy to use , and the clean up is great . I have it in one of my favorite scents ( White Nectarine and Pink Coral ). I put enough to cover the bottom of my warmer and the scent lasted all day . I was very pleased. I'm sure that the intensity of the throw depends on which scent you choose ( because some scents are just naturally lighter than others) . I am super please with CBV Liquid Tarts and will definitely purchase again...hmmm . I'm thinking Champagne Pomegranate next :) I .

Juniper Breeze

Added on 03/25/2017
I love this scent! It is an exact dupe for the B&BW Juniper Breeze from the 1990s, back before B&BW changed their formula. It is so fresh and clean! I love to use this scent in my bathroom to make it feel like my own personal spa.

CBV Liquid Tarts ™

Added on 03/25/2017
I bought a bottle of liquid tarts in my #1 favorite scent Bella Swan and I love it! the scents last a long time and I just enough liquid in to cover the bottom of the bowl. My favorite part about the liquid tarts would have to be the clean up! Just pour out the liquid when you no longer smell the scent, wipe it out and a new scent. I am famous for melting until I go to bed, but to lazy to pour out the old wax so then when I get up in the morning and want a new scent I have to turn on the burner to melt the old wax to switch it out. No problem with liquid tarts :)

Iced Pear Margarita (type)

I love Victoria's pear scents, and this is no exception. This is a very pretty scent; slightly perfumey, but also clean. I would use this all year long.

CBV Liquid Tarts ™

This was an ingenious idea!! I use the CBV Vintage White Tart Warmer in my living room to melt all of my CBV wax. But, in my bedroom and guest rooms I use 25 watt lightbulb warmers. For some reason, those warmers just don't have enough oomph to melt CBV wax. These Liquid Tarts are perfect! I can enjoy my favorite CBV scents in any warmer! Thank you, CBV!!!

I got these in one of my favorite breakfast scents. They work great, on the weekend I just put some in my warmer, no cutting scent shots or mess.

Surprise Loaves

Added on 03/21/2017
I ordered four of these last summer, hoping to get beachy or ocean scents along with the bakery scents (which I fully expected because if you are reading this, you probably ordered or are ordering bakery scents). What I got were four loaves, each four or five layers of fruit scents layered with bakery scents. THEY WERE SCRUMPTIOUS. Every loaf had scents that went together deliciously, with the kind of olfactory "pow" power for which Victoria's melts are famous. You get plenty of wax for your money, too, so I started melting the Blueberry Patch and Granny's Pie Crust loaf in July, and it was well into fall when I started the Macintosh Apple and Apple Cinnamon Butter loaf.

Piney Forest

Added on 03/21/2017
Victoria has some of the best green scents available online, and I have enjoyed her wood scents (Mahogany Spice, Barn Wood, and one of my favorites, Oak for Men), so I expected Piney Forest to become one of my favorites. I am very sorry to say I was wrong. Maybe my nose is especially sensitive, because the cedar note in this scent is the only home fragrance cedar that I ever found offensive. When I got the cube melts, I thought the cedar note to be rather odd on cold throw. It was neither a warm, deep cedar nor a mothball smell. It reminded me of the smell of a newly-sharpened pencil. Hoping for a difference on warm throw, I melted it for hours. I wanted to love this one, and the green top notes were wonderful, but I could not enjoy them because that cedar note came through like a chainsaw in a string quartet. Reluctantly, I gave up and gave it to someone who found it to be amazingly delightful and left me an enthusiastic thank-you note.

Party In My Cabana

This is a hot summer night in a cabana, for sure! It's sexy while still being summery, and has warmth to it without being too heavy. Delicious!
