Our Guarantee
"Satisfaction Guarantee". In the event you receive an unsatisfactory candle due to manufacturing you must contact us immediately by phone or email. You must provide us with your customer order number which is listed at the top of your receipt. We will then send you a Return Authorization Number. Once you receive the authorization number promptly repackage your items taking care to package them securely and send them back to us Priority Mail within 10 days of purchase. When we receive your returned items we will than inspect them and then reinburse payment.

Candles By Victoria does not pay ANY shipping and handling on returned items. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We do not refund monies or make exchanges if a candle scent is not to your liking. If you are unsure of a particular scent please order a sample size first before purchasing a large quantity of a certain scent.

All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 10% restocking and transaction fee.
